Other people are on fire this week!
I have all these cool friends who do all this cool stuff. Here is the stuff that recently brought me joy:
You gotta check out this tribute by A Hero Never Dies to the many facial expressions of Micheal Wong. Micheal is a very talented actor with many deeply moving portrayals to his credit, so go enjoy his full spectrum of glory.
Chanbara Spurt has a brilliant new, exclusive interview* series. The second entry, Frankie Chan: On Touring with Pussy Galore, made me scream-laugh so hard that my dog started running around barking, trying to find the invisible intruder. Andy Lau reflects on his love for The Icicle Works also makes my dog bark.
And hey wow, here's a nice blog about the Angela Mao March Marathon from Chopsticks On Fire - and it's dedicated to the Heroic Sisterhood! Wowza, I'm honored.
As the "Hong Kong Godfather" lovefest gained steam last week, Chopsticks made this most awesome tribute video. Since Google finally became The Man, they won't let me embed it here. However, this awesomely fun shit is on Chopstick's video blog here.
And finally, Mr. Cool Ass Cinema, who debunked Robert Tai a while ago, now has his sites aimed at Ric Meyers. Like me, Mr. Cool Ass has a big problem with liars and swindlers. I've had the pleasure of delving into Ric's wee facting problem with Mr. Cool over the last couple weeks, and I can tell you I'm very excited about his upcoming new-asshole-ripping article. It will be awesome. Keep an eye out for it!
I'm not on fire this week so nothing from me. Maybe next week.
Go show these blogsters some love!
